Bamboo shoot pickle, curry leaves powder etc which has a tremendous market potential. This practice has also attracted many of his fellow farmers to go for value addition. In the same year, he has organized more than 600 farmers and formed a society named “Udalguri Farmers Cooperative Society” under the technical guidance of KVK Udalguri. He was provided all types of technical guidance regarding processing and marketing of minor fruits. KVK also motivated him to participate in district/state level exhibitions. His innovations are very simple and of practical use. The squashes made from locally available fruits are made by the common farmers of the society and as per report the B:C ratio is 2:1. The innovations are spread to the farmers of the society.
