I have visited the KVK, Udalguri 13 February 2017 in connection with the 5th day Skill Development Programme for the fish farmers. Found the officials and Master Trainer of the centre very knowledgeable, sincere. Sincerely hope their whole hearted effort will yield result in the near future.
